GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Subject of the Contract
These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of new vehicles between the Seller and the Buyer, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
2. Price and Payment
By signing the contract, the Buyer undertakes to pay the purchase price as agreed in writing. The total purchase price must be paid before the delivery of the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. For the purpose of these Terms, written form shall also include the exchange of declarations of intent by e.-mail, unless a different form is expressly required by law or by the contract. Such communications shall have the same legal effect as in written document.
3. Vehicle Handover
The Buyer undertakes to take delivery of the vehicle after payment of the full purchase price. The handover must take place no later than 20 days from the date of issuance of the pro forma invoice. In the event of a delay in collection, the Buyer agrees to pay the Seller a contractual penalty of EUR 3.00 + VAT for each calendar day of delay, until the actual handover date.
4. Storage Location
All vehicles are stored at the Seller’s warehouse located at Češča vas 40, 8000 Novo mesto, Slovenia. Vehicle handover takes place at this address, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
5. Transfer of Ownership and Liability
Ownership of the vehicle transfers to the Buyer upon full payment of the purchase price. From the moment of handover, the Buyer assumes full responsibility for the vehicle, including registration, insurance, use, and maintenance costs.
6. Warranty and Claims
All vehicles are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Claims are accepted exclusively under the conditions set by the manufacturer. The Seller assumes no liability for defects resulting from improper use or damage occurring during transport.
7. Final Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions constitute an integral part of every sales contract and become binding on the Buyer upon signing the contract. For all matters not expressly regulated in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia shall apply.
